Danny Green has gone from a four-star high school recruit to a player who won a 2009 National Championship at North Carolina to playing seven games in the EuroLeague to an NBA Champion on the San Antonio Spurs.

While always a gifted and talented basketball player, he’s had his share of events that have served to humble him and challenge him to improve his game.

Green was in Toronto this past week for a game against the Toronto Raptors, and he took time to talk with the local media about his growth as a shooter, why the Spurs were the perfect organization for him and when he realized he could carve out his niche as a shooter and defender in the NBA.
