While covering the Purdue Boilermakers this season, one theme kept coming up: players love playing for Jeff Brohm. This weekened I had some time to dig through interviews from this season and create a video of Purdue players explaining why they love playing for Coach Brohm.
J.K. Dobbins has a monster game against Wisconsin in the Big Ten Championship game racking up 174 yards and being named MVP. After the game, he talked with the media about running out of gas on two of his massive runs, having a big game running the ball against a dominant defensive line from Wisconsin, and being pleasantly surprised at being named MVP.
Chris Worley has a lot of respect for J.T. Barrett playing in the Big Ten Championship, when he first saw J.K. Dobbins’ potential, how adversity during the season made the Big Ten Championship extra sweet and he raved about how far Ohio State’s defense has come this season.
